| To cancel an order you have placed with Symtec, contact customer service by e-mail sales@symtec-inc.com or by phone (763.571.9193). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
When contacting customer service to cancel and order, please be ready to provide your name and contact information.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (see return policy). |

| Most orders received before 2:00 PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Our Standard method of shipping in the US and Canada is UPS ground or USPS (United States Postal Service). A confirmation e-mail is sent once the item leaves our warehouse, and will provide a tracking number if shipped via UPS.
Delivery time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible. |

| Every product you buy from Symtec comes with a 1 year limited warranty. The warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product.
Contact our Technical Support Team who will work with you to determine parts that may need to be replaced. We will ship them at our cost. If we need any parts returned to us we will send a UPS return label. Simply box the part(s), apply the label, and bring it to a UPS drop-off location. |
