Power Budget Constraints

E-bike batteries are optimized for range, not accessory power. A typical e-bike battery provides 400-750Wh of total energy—a fraction of what's available in a powersports vehicle. Every watt drawn by the heating system directly reduces riding range.

Our e-bike heated grip designs prioritize extreme efficiency. Using precision-targeted heating zones, thermal insulation barriers, and intelligent power management, we've developed systems that provide effective warmth while drawing less than 15W per grip—roughly 1-2% of the battery's power output at typical riding speeds.

Integration Challenges

E-bike handlebars are significantly smaller in diameter than powersports grips, and the available space for heating elements is constrained by brake levers, shift controls, and display mounts. Our thin-profile heater designs are specifically engineered for these tight packaging constraints without compromising grip comfort or control feel.

We also work closely with e-bike OEMs to integrate our heating systems with their existing electrical architectures, ensuring clean installation and compatibility with battery management systems.
