Overview

We designed it. Let us build it for you too.

You know it’s hard to find trustworthy OEM manufacturing partners, especially when you need to get to market quickly.

That’s why we’re here. We get HMI. And have the track record to prove it. Every year we deliver hundreds of thousands of flawless parts for our clients.

Purchase Order & Production

Step 01

We begin with a feasibility study to understand your requirements and determine any design and manufacturing constraints that may exist.

Step 02

We’ll benchmark your concept against other OEM products in the market. In this step, we’ll also provide a preliminary cost and timeline for design and production.

Step 03

During the design process, we develop several design options for your evaluation and consideration and iterate on design revisions until a final design is approved.

Step 04

Once a design concept is approved, we build a working prototype for your engineering team to review and approve.

Step 05

Following the approved design and prototype the production costs for the entire project will be finalized.

Step 06

The last step is to finalize the drawings, prep materials, tool the parts and prepare for the initial product sample run.

Step 07

We have the first run of your product. This stage includes inspection of the parts from our engineering team and sending parts to you so you can independently inspect them as well.

Step 08

You can determine if you want to move forward with the initial product run’s look and feel and we compile test reports for you.

Step 09

We’ve made it. After you send a purchase order we can begin continual manufacturing of your products.
