Design
Our engineering team creates preliminary design concepts in CAD.
You choose which concept to pursue.
We make final design changes and deliver preliminary cost estimates to build the first prototype.
Prototyping
We review the prototyping options and provide a final quote to build it.
Once approved, we build the prototype and test it to ensure it meets all product requirements.
We revise the design based on your feedback.
Cost Validation
We finalize the time and cost estimates for material, tooling, and manufacturing of a product sample run.
You send us a purchase order and we get to work on the tooling for your product.
Tooling
Our engineering team works out the final details with one of our tooling partners. We finalize the paperwork and get started with the initial sample run.
Product Sample Run
We initiate your product’s sample run to inspect and validate the sample parts. We'll then send them for your review and make any necessary changes.
If needed, we conduct another product sample run with any changes made.
Product Validation & Testing
If you like the initial product sample run, we begin product validation, testing, and certification.
We gather data from validation and testing to refine your product.
You receive finalized test reports and the validated product design.
Purchase Order & Production
After we get a purchase order from you, ongoing manufacturing begins.
